Our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by COVID-19 and our endless gratitude to the brave frontline professionals — they are our true heroes!
As we continue sheltering in place, I would like to personally express my sincere empathy and compassion specifically for our community of trade professionals. Ensuring our survival and continued success is complicated during this pandemic and as a fellow business owner I am acutely aware of that.
While these regulations stay in place, our showroom will be closed to the general public. However, I want to let you know that we have transitioned our business model to appointment only operations. We will be open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm.
The safety of our employees, customers, and business partners has always been a top priority at TBS Design Gallery. Now more than ever we want to reassure you that TBS Design Gallery is your safe place!
Our appointments-only model implies meeting homeowners, professionals and their customers individually at our showroom. We have enough space and capacity for keeping the 6-feet physical distance as well as being compliant with the Official Safety Regulation Guidelines — from disinfecting high-touch points such as hardware handles and doors, disinfecting samples, and providing gloves and sanitizers, to keeping a healthy airflow in the showroom — and so much more!
If you have essential projects that require immediate attention and need fenestration or cabinetry expert consultation, assistance with product/sample selection, or shop drawings, we are here to help.
